We manually research your clients existing listings to find duplicates and incorrect citations on all the sites and directories we are working with.

  • We perform multiple manual search queries using a combination of known & found data to locate all primary & related urls for the given location data set.
  • We record all found URLs & note any difference in primary url core data displayed in public view compared to data submitted.

Location claiming and verification

We’ll search, claim, verify and publish citations. If we have to call your clients to assist with phone or mail verification, we introduce ourselves as a part of your team!

Location claiming

 • Analyze audit data for any known claiming or potential ownership conflict issues (previously verified or third party ownership), and any verification required.

• Analyze data for related location url’s that may need closure or removal.

• Report all location status data & pertinent notes.

• Claim primary location url’s into existing or new site account.

• Create new listings for any locations that do not have an existing primary location url.

Location verification

• Intiate any required postcards to location.

• Call location contact & explain what is needed / required to complete verification’s.

• Complete phone verification’s with local location.

• Perform follow-up phone calls to location to retrive any postcard PIN codes.

• Continue follow-up calls until all verification’s are completed.

• Provide location/agency support during verification process.

Location publishing

• Manually examine site primary location url display.

• Record any found data publishing issues.

• Report publishing issues through available support channels.

• Monitor & respond to communication from the publisher.

• Monitor & follow up on publishing issue until resolved.

• Report & record all known publishing issue data.
